Privacy

This site sets no advertising cookies and sells no data. It uses Google Analytics to measure its audience, only if you agree to it in the banner shown when you arrive. Beyond that measurement, the only information kept is what you send yourself: your name, your email and your message, so that we can reply to you.

The data controller is Vahan Papyan, publisher of the site, reachable at [email protected]. Data relating to a signed project is also processed by MISSIONEO SAS, the company that draws up the contract and the invoice.

Contact form

Name, email and message. To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: your own request.

Chat assistant

The content of your messages, for the duration of the conversation. To produce the reply shown on screen.

Details sent from the assistant

Name and email, only if you yourself ask for the conversation to be passed on.

Technical logs

IP address and browser type, kept briefly by the host for the security of the site.

The assistant replies automatically. Your messages are sent to Google’s Gemini service, which produces the reply, and stay in your browser for the duration of your visit: closing the tab erases the conversation. Nothing is stored on our side unless you yourself ask for the exchange to be passed on by leaving your name and email.

Do not write sensitive data there: card numbers, passwords, identity documents. None of that information is needed.

We use technical providers, each for a specific task. None of them is allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

• DigitalOcean — hosting of the site and its forms (United States).
• Cloudflare — domain name, attack protection and page delivery (United States and European Union).
• Supabase — database storing contact enquiries (European Union).
• Resend — sending confirmation and notification emails (United States).
• Google (Gemini) — generating the chat assistant’s replies (United States).
• Google (Analytics) — audience measurement, only if you accept it in the cookie banner (United States).

Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Conversation with the assistant

No advertising cookie is set. Google Analytics measures site traffic, but only after your explicit consent in the banner shown when you arrive: until you choose, or if you decline, no measurement cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your mind at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page. Your browser also keeps the ongoing conversation with the assistant, for the duration of the visit. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie, needed to protect the site against attacks.

You can ask to see your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its use, or receive it in a readable format. A request to [email protected] is enough, and we reply within one month.
